Dr. Pollice is incredibly well organized, creates an environment of caring, knowledgeable and excellent communicator. He focused on the problem in an expeditious manner and his "bedside manner" in the office is exemplary.

I sought out the practice for an emergent throat symptoms I was concerned about. I got an the first available appointment based on my schedule, although I was asked if I needed same day appointment. However, when the concern grew a few days later, I called the office on 10/4 to ask for a same day appointment. Dr Phillip Pollici made time on his schedule to see me yesterday. I had used the practice years before but the doctor I saw then had retired and they no longer had record of my past services. This was my first contact with him and he was excellent and affirming.

I visited Dr. Pollice about a diving injury, and arrived 15 minutes early. To my surprise, I was seen immediately. He spoke to my level, was not condescending nor dismissive, and quickly understood my problem. The health care staff were also competent and polite. My medications were waiting at my pharmacy with complete instructions (which were pretty complicated to put on the bottle, since it involved titrating down). I would definitely recommend this doctor and this practice.

I made and appointment with this ears nose and throat doctor because I have been having an problem with my in my right ear for a few months. I hear a whooshing sound in it like my heart beat for the past few months. I woke up 3 weeks ago and couldnt hear out of it and it felt like it was full of water. I went and seen my pop he was out of the office so I seen another doctor in the practice. she told me I had fluid in my ears due to allergies and to take zyrtec and it would clear up. This was a thursday. By saturday I was in so much pain and was dizzy, nauseated, I went to a faster care place. He dr their diagnosed me with ear infection and put me on an antibiotic. thay didnt work either so I made and appointment with an ears nose and throat doctor. I was seen by the ent doctor yesterday. I was seen right away by the nurse who took me back to the exam room. she looked in my ears and said that there was no wax or fluid. she was foing to give me a hearing test. the ENT doctor came in and looked in my ear and said yep. Take prednisone and it should clear up. I asked what it was and didnt get a response. I didnt get an explanation on why I hear my heartbeat in it. everything sounds muffled and I hear an cracking noise. So I feel this was a waisted trip. I told him prednisone makes me very nauseated and he said well then dont take it and deal with it until it clears up. Really?? nice bedside manor doc. I wont be referring him to anyone.

very happy

I felt very rushed through my appointment with this provider. I had questions and he simply rushed through what it was he wanted to say and showed no concerns for any questions I had. Very unhappy with this visit.
