I felt that the doctor was very educated, but did not talk down. He talk to me and explain things in a way that did not Make me feel uneducated. I waited 2 months just to see Dr. POLLICE at st. Margaret's. He had done surgery on me 25 years ago and I thought he would be the best one to see. I wish I hadn't wasted my time. He didn't read my chart before seeing me. Was rude and condescending. Didn't give me a chance to ask questions. Spent MAYBE 5 minutes talking to me. And I am not being dramatic. So disappointed in a doctor I had felt highly about. Would NEVER recommend him to anyone. He needs to slow down and talk and LISTEN to his patients. I felt rushed and unimportant. I was there an hour..

Doctor was great

As I said, this provider is exactly what I need for the type of problem that I have been experiencing. Any recommendation to this provider will be based on my limited interactions with the provider. If someone had the exact problem as I do and loves not to have their time wasted, then I would highly recommend this provider. For all other services that I have no experience with, I would not say anything since I do not know.

Explained things step by step.

In full honesty - I was not sure how I felt about Dr. Pollice in my first visit. In subsequent visits, however, I learned his style and grew to really appreciate how he worked and would recommend him to anyone. Not only did he start to listen to any little concern I had, but he pushed me towards a treatment that alleviated 99% of my symptoms and I am thankful.

All went well and very satisfied.

He demonstrated commitment to determining the cause of my ear problems; many other doctors would treat symptoms and not attempt to Identify the cause of the issue, however, Dr. Pollice took the time to determine the cause of my ear issues and create a treatment plan to correct the cause of the ear issues. He Is an amazing physician who prioritizes the need of the patient and will accommodate immediate need for help and intervention.

Dr. Pollice showed technical skill ( what else would one expect from a doctor trained at the University of Pennsylvania and John's Hopkins?) and he was thoughtful and caring throughout the process. I recommend him highly based on this visit. His front desk person even apologized for the fact that parking cost $4 . My compliments on an excellent visit.

2 minutes with the doctor. Looked in nose and throat for a second each. Couldn't care less what I had to say about anything.

Dr. Pollice listened to my thoughts on what was wrong with me. He was thorough with his exam & explained everything from the scope to what previous & post treatments should be.

The Dr. Was condescending, curt, and seemingly uninterested in my desires for proper treatment. He insisted on his demands for prescriptions, therapy, and approaches I had already found useless or wrought with serious side effects.

Dr. Pollice was great, he took the time to review my past visits regarding my issue. I did not have to explain the whole issue as he had already reviewed my chart and prior CT Scan. He was very personable and explained everything to me.

The doctor was in and out in 3min. His tone was condescending and he didn't include me in the decision making and didn't talk me through any of the procedure. He conducted himself poorly and left me feeling silly for coming for an appointment.

This was the first time I saw this doctor and I felt that he was just trying to treat me in the same manner that he usually treats everyone else that had the same conditions that I had. I felt more concern with getting the treatment for the 3rd time for the same condition with little results. I was hoping to find out something different for my condition but I did not feel that I got any answers that were different from what I already heard prior

The dr spent less than 5 minutes with me. Hurried glances into both ears and nostrils.There was no discussion.

Dr was in my room for 5 minutes talked to fast and was unfriendly, per my follow up notes it stated I had severe impacted earwax and it was time consuming to remove! He looked in my ear and said the tube was out!! I was never told nor was I laying on the table for impacted ear wax!!!

I can tell that Dr. Pollice is very good and knowledgeable about his profession. That said, I have to agree with others' comments about him feeling rushed with an in/out appointment. I think he was in the room all of 2 mins. When I went to check out, I didn't have some of the answers needed.

I've only had one other doctor sit as patiently for any questions or discussion I wanted to have. Absolutely outstanding.

Doctor literally came in and left before I even sat up. 3 minutes at the highest amount of time. Very impersonal.

I felt like I was in a Harpo Marks comedy skit and was Whipped through the entire visit, like a whirl wind. The exam was seconds long. He could NOT have POSSIBLY looked for any signs of A FUNGAL INFECTION. I half expected him to put his knee up in my hands and to give me a cigar and say,"THANK YOU VERY MUCH!" IT WAS A BIZARRE APPOINTMENT! NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!

Doctor was exceptional

Dr. Was Very dismissive of my concerns and stated he could not explain the cause of my problem but that there was nothing to worry about. I'm my opinion this was a wasted drive of 45 minutes each way for an appointment that lasted 5 minutes, where I received no answers. A phone call could have saved me a day off of work and 1 1/2 hours driving as I would've gladly paid the copay for a video call instead of a whole day from work.
