I liked Dr Kress but the appointment felt rushed. He didn't even take a look at his skin in the problem area on his back, just jumped to treatment plan

I am so grateful to have gotten in and also that I was heard and validated in my concerns. After being told my son's issue was basically nothing at his pcp but knowing otherwise, it was such a relief to receive the right treatment to get him on the path to health.

I was very impressed how the dr included my son when asking about his problem and explained everything thoroughly.

Dr Kress made sure he addresses all issues. Even addressed issue that we weren't originally there for, an injury that she just recently suffered from. Exceptional care. So thankful for his advice and time.

Dr. Kress is extremely nice but he literally saw my son for 2 minutes the his PA did the rest. I made over an hr drive because that was the only ped dermatologist in the area so they said.

We had a very positive experience with Dr. Kress. He was very good at talking to my daughter and making sure she was comfortable and relaxed. I appreciated how he did not talk over her. He gave her kind praise for how she stayed still during the procedure, which made for a more positive experience for her.

We were so pleased with the doctor and felt like we finally got answers and a good plan for our son's eczema. We were glad to hear that moving forward we can contact the doctor if his current treatment plan does not work

It was a 2 hour drive for me and worth every minute I am optimistic that my issue with be resolved very pleased with my appointment

I do not feel the provider listened to concerns/reason for visit. Spent <5 minutes in the room.

Felt rushed, as a new patient expected a more detailed work up. Drove an hour and 20 minutes to be seen for 5.

Dr Kress was great. He was able to calm my child's extreme anxieties quickly and deeply. He was very helpful with explaining to me what to keep an eye out for and when to come back for a followup appointment.

Fantastic. So clear, great communication. The attending and resident (?) physicians were exceptional.
