Doc recommended a sputum culture for my bad cough. No other Dr has ever recommended that before and thanks to him I was able to get a diagnosis that would have been missed. So appreciative for that!

I like my doctor but I do hate that 95% of the time is me staring at him looking at my chart on line and then asking questions about what meds I'm still taking. When it's right in front of him on the screen. I preferred it when the computers weren't there and drs were more social and at least seemed like there was a reason you were there.

It as my first vsit to this Dr. / Pratice. The nuse was efficient and attentive. Dr. Ariff took his time getting to know me and my history. I felt I was heard by him for a change. It was as good as an experience one could expect to have.

He asks the same questions over and over, I thought they typed the information in the computer and it would stay there but continually asking did you have this done or family health history or what medication I'm taking. This dosen't give a good impression they are organized or know what they are doing. It's been like this for a long time (years) given I go minimum twice a year.

Explained several things to me that I didn't know.

We feel we were involved in making decisions about our health.
