I was originally there in from Atlanta GA to see Dr. Rosen. He was out of town, so I was able to see doctor Smith. My experience with Dr. Smith was very good. I believe she was thorough and was able to give me a diagnosis. Later she had Dr. Rosen to call and follow up with me at my hotel room. I was very pleased that Dr. Rosen would take the time to reach out to me. Additionally, Dr. Rosen made a call to a family member that has been also been looking after my care. They were able to confer and talk over the approach moving forward. I was very impressed with the care and personal attention provided by both Dr. Smith and Dr. Rosen.

my appt. was scheduled incorrectly with Dr. Wang, so he made a call to see if Dr. Smith could see me so I wouldn't have to make another trip to Pgh. She was willing to schedule me for that day, and did not make me feel that I was an inconvience to her schedule for that day.
