Dr. Ahrendt listened to me and answered all of my questions. I do not see Dr. Ahrendt as my PCP. I was recommended to Dr. Ahrendt by someone at UPMC and I am so thankful to that individual who recommended Dr. Ahrendt.

Dr. Ahrendt treats me with a genuine kindness, concern and compassion. I feel very pleased with the treatment I am receiving. She explains things very well and is sure to answer my questions. A breast cancer diagnosis brings the patient to a unfamiliar journey full of emotion, confusion and concern. I have truly felt valued as a patient, where all of my concerns are being met. I feel confident in having Dr. Ahrendt as my surgeon.

Dr. Ahrendt is the best of the best. She always gives explanations in a focused, caring, intelligent manner. I would and do recommend her to every woman I know who knows someone experiencing breast cancer. Oh yes, and she's an excellent surgeon!
