I had shared with the nurse that I wanted to talk with Dr. Sommer about HRT. Dr. Sommer came in to my appointment with printed material and a detailed explanation for me as to the risks of HRT for my specific issues. She was very thorough and clearly explained everything to me in terms I could understand.

I had canceled & rescheduled this appointment twice with little or no notice. Staff & physician were very gracious about that. I really REALLY appreciated that!

I was very disappointed with my physician last year for my annual exam. Yesterday, the care I received from Dr Sommer was truly exceptional. She listened to my issues, had solutions, and treated me with total care from beginning to end of my appointment.

Even though I was there for an annual exam, unfortunately I wasn't asked one question or if I had any concerns!

She was rushing through the whole call, wouldn't let me ask questions and responded something different from what I was asking.
