Dr. Furman and his staff are exceptionally professional and compassionate. My condition can elicit extreme anxiety at times when episode occur. I feel that I am receiving excellent care with Dr. Furman and Angela (Nurse). He is very understanding and assuring and she has calmed my fears many times when I have to call her at off hours with the fear the anxiety that manifests with my condition.

Everyone was very professional but at the same time made you feel comfortable and at ease. No questions were trivialized or not answered to my satisfaction. During the time with the physician, he made it clear, you were his main concern at that moment. An unnerving episode, which was essential to the diagnosis, was made to be acceptable and even amusing. Care was given that all had returned to normal before being escorted to the exit with detailed instruction on care at home. A lengthy visit, including the testing, was made as pleasant as possible.

My meeting with the doctor felt rushed. I didn't have the opportunity to ask him all of the questions that I wanted to. I was really looking forward to being able to talk to an expert, but it was clear that he only had a few minutes to spend with me.

The structure of the day was great. Several hours of tests, and all providers were very professional and kind. Was much more productive than previous visits to other ENTs.

I was the doctor's first appointment and he was 45 minutes late, which is unacceptable. I did not feel fully accommodated after this visit. I honestly did not feel as though he would genuinely concerned about my issue. I also felt rushed through the appointment.
