Dr. Furman and his staff are exceptionally professional and compassionate. My condition can elicit extreme anxiety at times when episode occur. I feel that I am receiving excellent care with Dr. Furman and Angela (Nurse). Everyone was very professional but at the same time made you feel comfortable and at ease. No questions were trivialized or not answered to my satisfaction. During the time with the physician, he made it clear, you were his main concern at that moment. An unnerving episode, which was essential to the diagnosis, was made to be acceptable and even amusing. Care was given that all had returned to normal before being escorted to the exit with detailed instruction on care at home. A lengthy visit, including the testing, was made as pleasant as possible.
