Dustin Kliner, MD, is an interventional cardiologist and is certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is Co-Director of the Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) program at UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside and serves as the director of the cardiac cath lab at UPMC Shadyside. He is a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Kliner received his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH and completed residency as well as fellowships in cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, and advanced interventional cardiology at UPMC.

Dr. Kliner joined the UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute in 2015. His clinical interests include TAVR and interventional cardiology. He has numerous peer reviewed publications related to improving outcomes in various patient populations post TAVR and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. In his free time, Dr. Kliner enjoys mountain biking, live music, and spending time with his two children.
