dr kliner is an excellent physician. he took his time, was patient and very thorough. answered every question and clearly cares about the overall well being of his patients. this was my first appointment with him and I appreciated the fact I got to see a real cardiologist rather than a PA He helped me understand my condition and explained why it was important to adjust/change meds and why I likely experienced SVT and gave me more info than the dr / cardiologist \ Pa I saw in my hometown.
