Everyone was very nice, but waited over an hour in the exam room to see Dr Ferris. I was scheduled for an 8am appointment (and I arrived before the office was open yet for the day) and noticed at least 2 other people called back to exam rooms to see Dr Ferris that presumably had 8am appointments as well. It appears as though overbooking may be a problem, considering I had to wait so long when I was the first appointment of the day.

I do not feel confident that he fully reviewed my records or illness. this worries me. I don't doubt his knowledge , but his dismissal attitude when I was refereed there by another UPMC doctor. I didn't feel he asked enough questions or really looked into my condition.

Doctor Ferris was kind and responsive, answering all my questions with serious and informed competence. He gave me and my husband, who accompanied me, a great sense of assurance of his ability.
