I do not feel confident that he fully reviewed my records or illness. this worries me. I don't doubt his knowledge , but his dismissal attitude when I was refereed there by another UPMC doctor. I didn't feel he asked enough questions or really looked into my condition.

Dr Ferris provided the information simply and informatively. His residents were very respectful of myself, my questions and concerns. The residents and Dr Ferris were utmost professional yet very friendly. This experience gave me confidence in Dr Ferris and the entire UPMC staff including the ultra sound lab tec.
