A minor problem but was explained fully by dr as to what may be corrected

I had all my questions answered. I had lots of questions and Dr Edwards was very patient.

I felt that I was not listened to or given information on my condition. Very brief exam and the doctor did not examine or feel my heel/foot. Show me an x-ray and told me things are hereditary but didn't offer advice on what to do next. I made some suggestions and he said that would be fine.... Physical therapy or an injection or surgery. I don't feel I was given as an adequate exam.

Didn't feel Dr Edwards spent enough time or that he had good communication. Left with no written diagnosis or instructions. Just told me to rest and come back in 3 weeks.

Dr. Edwards was patient and thorough. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. We discussed options. He was kind and very calm. I myself am a little high strung. I left the office with a very satisfied feeling.

Considering I have walked on 3 fractures in my foot far too long ( no fault of Doctor here) and the severity of my pain in Both Feet The visit was VERY quick and left me with concerns

My only comment is I wish he would have taken a few more minutes with me and seeing me walk on my affected foot.

Everything went exceptionally smoothly!

He did not touch/move the ankle. Just a light touch on the affected area. I can't wear boot and I was expecting an alternative measure. 3 weeks + physiotherapy sounds too long. Total visit 3.5 minutes

Dr. Edwards was really nice, very interested in my situation. He took time listening to me and proposed a treatment plan right away. He was great!

Great Experience & explaining the exact issue which was wrong with the ankle.

I wish Dr. Edwards would have spent a little more time discussing my injury with me, discussing the treatment, X-ray results,, etc. The visit with him felt rushed and transactional.

Dr. Edwards is 100% the best. So thorough, great bedside manner, very compassionate. Wouldn't go to anyone else for foot or ankle issues!
