Excellent care and responsiveness!

January 23, 2020

doc Okonwo seemed angry when he came in almost as if we questioned his treatment, we were merely trying to follow up on a previous visit with the pain management doc at your facility asking if we followed up on what he considered was a difference on a test from previous tests. That is all we were trying to do. In no way were we questioning doc O's treatment just trying to find the answer to constant pain

Due to my health I see many providers. Dr. Okonkwo is by far the best of the best. He is so skilled and knowledgeable but balances that with being so down to earth, kind and caring. I am so grateful for him.

Dr Okonkwo and his team were excellent in every way. I could not be more pleased with the treatment I have received to this point.

January 09, 2020

Dr Okonkwo addressed a medical condition that was not one that he would usually address. As a result, I was admitted to Presbyterian & treated, thus avoiding a more dire problem. a life saver for which I am grateful.

Dr. David Okonkwo is absolutely the most brilliant surgeon I have met. He is kind, considerate, and took all the time required to answer my concerns. I look forward to meeting with him again!

The wait time is crazy. We had to wait for 4 hrs to see the doctor. The doctor is great but I think the scheduling needs work. you cant overbook and make the patients wait. Patient's time is also equally valuable. We had to cancel all the appointments that day. Waiting an hr is fine and acceptable but 4 hours is unacceptable
