The initial appointment dates for the consultation and the eventual surgery were set up through an answering service and took too long to get in to see the doctor. Once I spoke with Art and Stacy the surgery appointment date was moved ahead two weeks. I was given an injection and was told I could immediately return to work. No one asked me the type of work I did. I returned to work following the injection and after three shifts, I could no longer walk nor stand upright. This error could have really permanently damaged my health.
