I switched from a provider due to his lack of bedside manners. Dr G and his staff were interested in my issues.They all expressed a warm welcome and concern during my entire visit.I cannot express my great experience .

The wait time for Dr. Giancola was ridiculous. I'm not sure why there was such a wait and no explanation or apology was offered. My appointment was for 1:30 and I arrived early at approximately 1:15. I did not see the doctor until approximately 2:30 or later. The Dr. is very nice, attentive and clearly knowledgeable.
