I will not be returning to this practice because Dr. Alper was not very personable, didn't listen to my problems and was terrible with my child. This was one of the worst visits I have experienced in pediatrics and we will be taking our child elsewhere. Dr. Alper also had a very nonchalant attitude, and did not seem to answer our concerns properly. He came up with a diagnosis and that was that, no explanation, very rushed and just seemed bothered to even have to see us.

He was very off putting. Didn't take my concerns into consideration. Felt as though my concerns were being pushed aside. I have the same issues for ENT as my son does. I've expressed this to the doctor and he didn't seem to pay any mind.

He comes off very dismissive, uncaring, unempathetic.

Wasn't very pleasant or good with kids

I feel that I did not have time to ask questions and the doctor did not have a good bedside manner. I did not feel comfortable with explanation given and felt rushed through the appointment

This doctor only gave a cursory glance at my child before dismissing our concern as if it didn't exist. He didn't explain anything or offer any means of seeking further treatment or diagnosis. He left as fast as he could without waiting to answer any questions I had.

Dr. Alper is wonderful!

I did not feel the doctor had very good bedside manner and didn't think he spoke to my son appropriately for his age. I also felt like he barely even tried to remove the wax when I was told he had better tools and equipment and that's why he was recommended. So I am also disappointed in the runaround of appointments for basically nothing. I'm glad there is no concern for my son, however, I wish more would have been done or we would have been told we didn't need these appointments at all.

While I overall liked Dr. Alper and would be happy to see him again, I was disappointed that he recommended surgery and could give me no time to ask questions and understand what was going on. I left the appt with more questions than answers and I felt uneasy that a major procedure was being rushed (even though scheduling is being done greater than 6 months out). I will most likely opt for a second opinion outside of the health system before proceeding with this surgery.

I learned nothing from this doctor that I didn't already know from Google. He suggested treatment that we have already tried for years and years. Absolute waste of time and money.

Very dismissive every time I spoke or talked he just moved to the next question

Very knowledgeable, skillful and compassionate provider
