Both office staff and Dr. Toma were very kind and considerate. everyone was friendly and helpful. The RN Patty was especially friendly and also very knowledgeable. Dr. Toma was very thoughtful and seemed to have my care as his utmost priority while he was with me. Very nice office and staff.

I was very pleased to find this doctor. I have had cardiac issues steady since 2015. my regular cardiologist could not catherize my other occluded artery . I found it hard to function alto of times as the facial pain was intense even with ranexa etc. Thankfully gratefully. Dr Tomato was able tie get stunts into artery.

MY care provider always greets me with a smile ,asks about my health condition during my last 3- month appointment, asks if I needed any medical problems to discuss with him.

The care from the staff was fantastic. I was given Dr Toma's name by UPMC because I asked to be referred to a cardiologist that had patients with Prinzmetal, yes I know it is rare and was informed by Dr Toma of that as well. I have been in healthcare for over 35 years and still to this day do not like when a patient is not listened to. it took me almost two weeks to even respond to this email because I didn't want to sound like one of "those" patients. Dr. Toma may have great ratings with his patients for normal cardiac related issues, but I can tell you with Prinzmetal I was not impressed. He started off very condescending and obviously did NOT read my chart as to the fact that he referred to my last heart attack was with my bypass. My bypass was due to a right coronary artery dissection by the cardiologist. he did not take the time to listen and hear my concerns about my condition. I was truly hoping for any additional insight on prinzmetal not to be brushed off by cardiologist that I was recommended by my own insurance company. My time and money is just as valuable to me as anyone else and that was five hours of my time that I felt was wasted.
