All good

June 23, 2017

Dr. Payne spoke with me face to face and with eye contact. She was professional, expressed her impressions openly, was considerate, gentle, and kind. She never sat at the computer with her back to me. She showed me the images from test results and explained her assessment in detail. She and the staff were able to schedule the next step within 9 days. She is obviously highly skilled, thorough, confident, and dedicated. Blessing to Dr. Payne

Provider was one of the best i have had,she was very nice and knowledgeable, answered all questions and concerns.

There have never been any bad experiences. Dr. Payne ALWAYS takes the time to sit and talk with me, listens to all my concerns, never rushes through the appointment and knows so much about my health history. She makes you feel like you are her only patient, that is just how well she knows her patients health records, health history and even remembers concerns from prior visits. She is an excellent doctor and I am so happy to have her and her health team on my side.

Dr Payne is not only a great surgeon, she is an excellent physician, as well as a wonderful person. I would most highly recommend Dr Payne to everyone who needs similar surgery/follow-up

April 17, 2017

Dr Payne is caring, thorough, and I always feel better when I leave, no matter what the news is. Her staff is just as wonderful.

This doctor and nurse have become more like friends than health care professionals.

April 10, 2017

my diagnosis is incomplete and they want to do surgery without knowing my fully situation. They are not listening to me about the additional issues i am having, they are not completing tests to know exactly what the mass is.. complaints about pain in my other breast and abdomen have been ignored. I have been left worried. The doctor has been unavailable for weeks. I feel like I don't matter. I have spent days in pain and agony and the staff is doing nothing to help me with my pain, treatment planning concerns, or anything. I feel like I am not important to this doctor.
