Dr Lee and his nurse/assistant were very kind and gentle to me.

June 27, 2017

The doctor talked so fast that I couldn't fully understand everything he was saying. my appointment felt very rushed. He had told me someone would call in the next two days to schedule the appointment and they didn't. I then called and the scheduling nurses made me feel uncomfortable like I shouldn't be calling. They proceeded to tell me that the doctor didn't even file my paperwork yet to even schedule the surgery and once he does that, they have ten days to call. I did not like that I had false information given to me by the doctor. I felt like I was just a number and they didn't care about my actual problem.

This is just an overall good place that treats people with respect and provides the care they need

I would just say, the communication between the doctor an his staff could be a little better..also, communication to me as to what location my appointment is at.

I have never had issue with Dr Ted Lee or his Staff and his students they have all been always nice and easy to talk with and helpful that why I stay with him and tell others if you need a good Dr For Gyn or OB this office and Dr you need to see !!

I feel like the appointment was rushed. The doctor hardly listened to me when I was explaining my issue. He didn't have my ultrasound. I was referred to him for more answers but I left with more questions. Then he tells me " he thinks" this is what I have and wants to treat me with birth control or a hysterectomy. Well "I think " I won't be returning!!!!

My care provider was nice. His statement "I wonder why my doctor in Altoona thought the care provider could find my problem when he could not" was a little disconcerting.
