Sandeep Kumar Jain, MD, is a cardiac electrophysiologist and is certified in cardiovascular diseases and clinical cardiac electrophysiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is the director of cardiac electrophysiology and the Center for Atrial Fibrillation and is a professor of medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from Northwestern University School of Medicine and completed his residency and fellowship at Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

Dr. Jain joined the UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute in 2004. His clinical interests include arrhythmia management, device implantation and ablation therapy in patients with atrial fibrillation. Dr. Jain is a member of the American Heart Association and a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Heart Rhythm Society.
