I had to wait for over 1 1/2 hours to see Dr. Cook. He was in surgery and it took longer than anticipated. Of course, saving one's life is infinitely more important than my having to wait to see Dr. Cook. No doubt. But I had to complain about the wait before someone (a very polite, kind, and professional nurse) explained to me the reason for the wait. Had someone informed me early on that the Doctor was in surgery and that there may be a delay in his seeing me, that would have been understandable and tolerable. But having to complain after nearly an hour of waiting made me feel bad. In the future, I would urge you to inform patients that a wait may be longer than normal. that said, the doctor and his staff were excellent in every respect.

The office nursing staff, doctor, PA's were wonderful! They were so caring and extremely efficient in diagnosing the problem I was having with my health. All of my questions were answered and they made me feel "special" and relieved all my concerns.

Dr. Cook and his P.A.s, Mike and Chris, were excellent in telling us in detail about my condition, showing me the Echocardiogram, and explaining the options to correct this. We were more than pleased that they treated us like equals and a team member in the decision making process. We were extremely pleased!!
