Jeffrey A. Gusenoff, MD, is a plastic surgeon certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is co-director of the UPMC Life After Weight Loss Program and director of the UPMC Foot Fat Grafting Program. Dr. Gusenoff is also a professor of plastic surgery and clinical and translational science at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine, followed by his fellowship in body contouring at UPMC.
Dr. Gusenoff’s clinical interests include body contouring after weight loss, aesthetic surgery, general reconstructive surgery, and fat grafting. He has published numerous book chapters and textbooks on body contouring and patient safety. Dr. Gusenoff has also published multiple peer-reviewed manuscripts on all areas of body contouring and pioneering work on foot fat grafting. He has won multiple awards for his work and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.
Dr. Gusenoff has been recognized as one of the best plastic surgeons in Pittsburgh by Pittsburgh Magazine and Castle Connolly for six consecutive years (2016-2021).

Dr Guessenoff and his PA Gina are top notch. I have a wound it's not healing very easily and of course it's very concerning for me but they have been kind and considerate and have definitely walked me through the process of what we need to do. They listen to my questions and even though I am a nurse, they still give me ample time and answer all my questions
