Robert Rutkowski, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is also medical director at UPMC Children’s Express Care. Dr. Rutkowski received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his residency at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
